"Package" showing up in field-OLE Not Working

Default "Package" showing up in field-OLE Not Working

I have created a database that contains a embeded picture when you look at
the table it says "package" in reality should say Bitmap jpg ect. I found a
tech note it it said reinstall photo editor I reinstalled photo editor still
have the sam issue

As a side note i am able insert a "word document" or excel spread sheet" and
in the field it says word document or excel document
