Default bookfold on legal

I have a booklet created in Word (2007), set up to print on legal size paper.
However, it prints as if it were on 8.5 X 11. When I set the paper size
correctly in Word, it grays out the option on the printing screen (Lower
right corner where it says Zoom and allows to set a scale to paper size).
I've set the options on the copier/printer to legal size, but no luck. Any
other suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

I'm not seeing that here in Word 2003 or 2007. If I set the paper size to
Legal and choose "Book fold" on the Margins tab, the margins are correct for
legal, and it prints correctly. It should not be necessary to scale it to a
different paper size. This may be a printer driver issue.
