Eliminate Track Changes In Final Document
I turned on the Track Changes.
We've all passed around and made our edits. I've accepted all changes. I've turned off the Review Changes mode. But when I email the document to someone outside the loop, when the open the file, all of the Track Changes notes appear (balloons, colored text, etc.). How do I get just a straight, clean copy that won't ever show the Tracked Changes again? |

Eliminate Track Changes In Final Document
If you have Word 2002 or 2003, then I suspect that you only
changed to Final view on the Reviewing toolbar, which hides the tracked changes, but does not remove them. You need click on the "Accept All Tracked Changes" and "Delete All Comments" commands on the Reviewing toolbar. See http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...983881033.aspx and http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/trac...ngesWorks.html for more information. missmarlag wrote: I turned on the Track Changes.
