Reports created from forms
Hi, I have a database which has quite a lot of queries built upon other tables and queries, they are all linked by a primary key called RUN NUMBER. The data input end is via various forms all linked through the sub form format so when I create a new record RUN NUMBER it creates it in all forms, I have created a REPORT based on some of these queries and tables taking a bit of information from each. Unfortunately when I preview the report I am getting two reports created for one record. Am I going wrong in the way I am building my query for the REPORT or is it something else??

I'm not clear on how this is a question for the "tablesdbdesign" newsgroup. If you don't get the kind of response you're after here, consider posting in the "queries" 'group. I don't understand what you mean when you say you get "two reports created for one record." You haven't included the SQL statement of your query, so it's a little tough to diagnose what might not be working the way you expect it to. -- Good luck Jeff Boyce Access MVP |
