I just managed (sort of) to do my first newsletter using one of the
templates. However, when I send it to myself, either I have the text box
lines or I lose some of the headings and format.
How do I eliminate the text boxes after I have everything in place.

it sounds like you're using MS Word, or perhaps MS Outlook. this newsgroup
answers questions about building applications using MS Access relational
database software. if you're using Access, you need to describe specifics of
your database and exactly what you're doing. if you're using other software,
suggest you re-post to an appropriate newsgroup.
