You could build a pivot table from the data, with Date, P/S and FCY in
the row area, and LCY in the data area. There are instructions and links for pivot tables on Jon Peltier's site: http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Pivots/pivotstart.htm nowfal wrote: i have a worksheet in which i wanted first date wise sorting and second P(purchase) sorting third- s(sale) sorting and finally each of the FCY items sum(total) to create debit and credit voucher. can anybody help in this regard.
