constant prompts for logon to server
Hi,
I'm accessing my three separate Hotmail accounts through Outlook 2007. Each is set up as a separate email account. Quite often, especially when sending emails and toggling between accounts, a screen prompt pops up confirming that I log onto the MSN/Hotmail server with that hotmail userid and password. Is this behavior normal, and is there any way the prompt can be avoided or surpressed? Thanks, Vlad |

What is your send/receive interval? Make it no less than 10 minutes when checking multiple accounts.

I have the same problem and it also involves the msn/hotmail server. I am
prompted for my password at Outlook startup and at time during the Outlook session. I have had my autodownload set at 15 minutes for some time and it still prompts. Seems like there are other inquiries on this problem on the web, but no solutions. "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: What is your send/receive interval?
