Outlook 2007 not reconciling names against my 'Contacts'
I am using Outlook 2007.
When creating a new e-mail message, Outlook is not reconciling the names in the address field against the Contacts list. It will check names in my companies 'global' list, but not my personal contacts list. I want to reconcile against my personal contacts before checking the companies 'global' list. I have searched help and this forum but have been unable to find the right combination of keywords to locate the steps to resolve this. |
