Type a valid product code in to the dialog when you are asked for it. Then
respond to any prompts. If this is not for Microsoft Access, or not for a
Microsoft product, see Arvin's response.

And, by the way, even if you think you have been able to type your entire
question in the subject line, it is a good idea to repeat it in the big
white space underneath that, because not everyone's newsreader can display a
very long subject line. On some newsreaders, your subject might have read,
"hi how do i get my prodckt key" which is an entirely different question.

Oh, yes, I extend my sympathy that your Shift key has apparently quit
working.
