Default list box auto populate

I have "list box1" that displays the "name" field from a table. I would like
to double click on a name and copy that selection into "list box2" and have
the capability to go back to "list box1" and select another name that is
added to "list box2". Can this be done. Thanks in advance for any help!

This example comes close to what you would like to establish. Tweak a little
and you might just have your answer..
