Default does visio permit hyper linking objects similar to powerpoint?

new user to Visio and attempting to construct a decision matrix with
hyperlinked buttons as is possible in powerpoint so that you could click on
button and go else where for factors influencing decisions etc.

Also looking for any insights into using Visio for the decision matrix in
general.

Default does visio permit hyper linking objects similar to powerpoint?

any shape can have hyperlink(s). Just select the shape, and then use the
menu=insert=hyperlinks.
