Default "MSysAccounts" table for Access 2003?

What is the "msysaccounts" table in the workgroup information file of
Access2003? I'm trying an ODBC connection to an .mdb database and being told
the "MSysAccounts" table can't be opened. Where do I get one and why should
I have to?
