Default transferring images to email

Hello
I am hoping someone can help me with this problem please?
I have made some greeting cards on Publisher. I now want to send a scaled
down version of these to someone via email. I have scaled down one in
Publisher and tried to copy and paste it onto an email but without success.
Does anyone know how to do this please?
I would be very grateful and look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you very much.

Can you send the cards as a PDF attachment?
What version Publisher are you using? Microsoft has a "save as" PDF utility for
2007 users:
https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...displaylang=en

If you have earlier versions there are free converters around. www.primopdf.com
is mentioned here often.

Hello again Mary
Thank you for your response.
I am using Publisher 2007.
To be honest I have no idea what I am doing - it is new to me

Brea, Sending a Publisher document as an HTML email is iffy at best. It would be
better to compose your message in Outlook.

Download the PDF utility, save your card as a PDF. Most folks have the reader
and the card will look much nicer printed from the PDF.

If you must send the card in the email, Tools, Options, Web tab, see if changing
your publication to .jpg makes a difference to you. The card will still arrive
as an attachment.
