formatting the result of a public function
Let me see if I can explain this...
In a query on a report I've defined one of the fields from a public function (module) I have defined. In the query it reads as: CorporateContribution: OP_Amt([GrossAvailable],[OpIndex]) It is working properly and returning the correct number. However, when I insert the CorporateContribution field in the report, I cannot get it to format to appear as currency. the format options in properties is blank; it doesn't have the usual drop-down list of options I am used to seeing. So, my obvious question is how do I get the field to appear in currency format? (I'd be glad to share the contents of the public function if needed). Thanks in advance. Jerry |

In the infamous words of Gilda Radner, "Never mind." I figured it out on my
own. Jerry "JWCrosby" wrote: Let me see if I can explain this... In a query on a report I've defined one of the fields from a public function (module) I have defined.
