Default Including Contacts in Journal Activities

It looks like we need to have added a feature to Outlook regarding including
contacts in automatic journal activities. As of now you have to manually
click each contact to include them in the automatic journal activities filing.

What many people need is a 'Select all' option.

Even better if expanded to filtering contacts on Categories and the being
able to select or deselect all.

Alass Ctrl+A doesn't work if you considered suggesting that and you can't
hihgtlight all etiher.

down arrow, space down arrow, space is faster than mouse clicking... the
reason there isn't a select all option is because many people don't journal
every contact, only specific ones.

You can go to the Contacts folder and add the journal field to a table
view - like phone list. Right click on the journal field and select group by
this field. Drag items from the no and none groups to the yes group. Or,
with in-cell editing enabled, you can click in the journal field to enable
it on specific contacts. (down arrow, space works here too)
