I'm using Word 2003 in OS XP - When I select a word or a group of words to delete (highlight them) & I use the delete key (right mouse delete option not there) I'm asked to confirm the delete request. A message appears bottom left corner (task bar) of word document 'Delete Block Yes (No)'. I've learned to his the Y or the N to delete what I'm trying to delete. I know this wasn't like this before but I don't know what I might have changed for this to start happening. Can you help me change this back to the simple delete.

Thank you, Jay I checked off the Help for WordPerfect assuming it would give me hints and tricks. I guess in one way it did. Thanks again.
