Address book not showing up in fax

Need the answers to the rest of my questions.
Now that you're introducing more variables, explain how and why these
Contacts were "imported last month." State whether your fax address book
stopped working before or after this import. State why you threw Outlook
into this mix if you do not want to use it.

Read your first post. You're the one who said you had Outlook 2002 and the
Personal Address Book service installed. That is the last thing a user who
wants to use the Windows Address Book would do. You've created quite an
inconsistent thread here that no one could unravel. Please try to be clear,
accurate and consistent with your information if you want free help from
volunteers in a newsgroup setting.

Thank you for trying to help. It must be frustrating to not get the right
info from users.

But, no, I didn't say I have Personal Address book installed. Plus, I'm not
familiar with those terms, I don't use either one directly much, so a user
could give incorrect info.

Is it OK with you if I post in a different group, maybe a different expert
will see the message and have some ideas?

You most certainly did say you had the Personal Address Book and Outlook
2002 installed. Read your first post.
It doesn't matter where you post. You must post accurate consistent
