Indenting Footnotes
How do I indent all of my footnotes in a document? The
standard format appears to be a footnote at the bottom ot the page which wraps text around the number. I want it to be a full indent from the number all the way down, i.e. like this: 1 John Doe, "The Miracles of MS Word in an Age of Too Many Things to Learn and Do", 2004, ABC Publishers 2 Alice Doe, "Coping with the Modern Man Who Thinks He Knows Everything But Knows Nothing", 2004, DEF Resourcesh Studies. |

Indenting Footnotes
Apply a hanging indent to the Footnote Text style. You'll have to manually
substitute a tab character for the space that follows the footnote reference number. And if you want the number not superscripted, you'll need to remove the superscript formatting from the Footnote Reference style. If you also want a period after the number, see "I want the numbers in my footnotes not to be superscripted, and I want the numbers to be followed by a dot and a tab" at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/...scptFnotes.htm -- Suzanne S.
