Is it possible to share/transfer/link the data from an excel workbook to

Have you tried using the File menu Import and Export command in Outlook to

We have had a few cases where Excel files have been submitted to us that
were found to be unusable when accessed directly - the file was indeed corrupt internally but still functioned within Excel so to the owner - all looked normal which may or may not be the case with your file assuming it's a supported version of Excel etc etc Quick solution to your requirement: #1 - Save your worksheet as a CSV file and import that file into Outlook using the Outlook import wizard.
