Email Default Font Setting ?

Default Email Default Font Setting ?

I'm having trouble setting the default font for Word 2002 when I make a new
message from Outlook 2002. It starts with the font setting to be BOLD and
ITALIC I've tried to set it to regular font but can not seem to find the
right to place set it.
