Still need the answer to my question. You told me nothing.
State: 1. File type 2. All the steps used to fax. You can't "paste" into Windows XP Fax. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Georgie" wrote in message ... copied the invoice from excel, pasted it in . -----Original Message----- Hi using fax in xp pro .i fax an invoice, the recipient recieves the fax ok except for little square ,empty boxes in between sentences.( sorry if the question is a bit vague but maybe somebody can relate to it)any ideas why this is so? any help greatly appreciated. thankyou Georgie . |

I agree it would be nice to know what the problem and the solution turned
out to be. From what little I could tell, I suspect the problem was with the method used to send the fax. The usual solution to a problem with loss of formatting while faxing is to use the Print To Fax command for sending the fax so that the rendering of the document can be handled by the application designed to do so. Fax software has very little to no native rendering capability. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Papa" wrote in message ... Well, what did you do?
