Default USE ONE FIELD TO FILL IN OTHERS

I DOWNLOADED THE ZIP CODE DATABASE WHICH HAS THE CITY AND STATE FOR THE ZIP
CODE PROVIDED. (SEPERATE TABLE)

I HAVE ANOTHER TABLE, CUSTOMER INFO
IN CUSOTME RINFO TABLE I HAVE A FIELDS CALLED ZIP, CITY, STATE, ETC...
I WOULD LIKE IT FOR IT TO RECOGNIZE WHEN I ENTER THE ZIP CODE (RELATIONSHIP
BETWEEN ZIP FIELD AND THE ZIP DATABASE) (DROP DOWN OR ENTER (PERFERABLY
SEARCH BY CITY...? ) FOR IT TO AUTO FILL IN THE CITY AND STATE, AND NOT ALOW
MISMATCHED CITY. SO YOU CANT ENTER 02886 FOR SEEKONK, WHEN IT IS ACTUALLY
WARWICK.
