Sample application needed

Does anyone have a sample application code that I could view to help me
write a very basic and simple point of sale and/or rental program for a very
small retail store?

It's not a matter of "sample application code" but of a complete
application and few people will be willing to do that.

Part of my dive shop package for example places various text boxes on the
receipt depending on whether or not gear has been rented or paint ball
equipment sold.

There is more than enough information in the Northwind database to allow
someone to build their own.
