Forcing Page Break
I have created a form for work that has a drop down menu consisting of each
department name (for sake of argument labeled 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5). Based off the information in the form, I have created a 2 column report. Everything works out well however I am attempted to force a page break at the end of departments information. Rather than saying IF this field equals this make a page break, I need it to only make a page break once the field name changes. Can anyone help? And I thank you in advance for your assistance. Forcing Page Break
In report design view, open the Sorting And Grouping dialog.
Choose the department field, and in the lower pane of the dialog, choose Yes for Group Header. Access adds a new Department Group Header (grey bar) to report design. Right-click the Department Group Header, and choose Properties. Set the Force New Page property to before section -- Allen Browne - Microsoft MVP.
