Insert Contact Mailing Address into the body of E-Mail
I would like to insert the mailing address of my contacts into the body of my
e-mail the way I do into word documents. The only thing that I seem to be able to do with the address book in e-mail is insetr the e-mail address. I find it easier to recall the e-mail address than the mailing address. Thanks, Raney |

Insert Contact Mailing Address into the body of E-Mail
Outlook uses Word to mailmerge so you can place any field in the email if
you use the Mailmerge function. Did you try it yet? -- Regards Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook www.judygleeson.com www.deskdoctors.com Are you sick of bad email practice?
