Default shortcut for expanding/collapsing groups

Is there a shortcut to expand and collapse groups of rows or columns (the +/-
grouping sets that can be made)?

Thx.

Hide/collapse the rows and columns you don't want displayed - then go to
the "Views" then Select "Custom Views" - then select ADD - give the view
a name and then each time you select that view it will happen
automatically.
You might make a "Custom View" and call it "ALL" before you start
"hideing rows and columns - then you can easily get back to the full
view of the spreadsheet.

well the quick collapse/expand is easy enough for me with the numbered level
buttons that show up in the upper left. I was actually talking about being
on any given row or column and being able to say expand/collapse with one
keystroke, as opposed to having to take off my hands from the keyboard (I
work very quickly with keys in Excel) and use the mouse to go over to the
left/top and have to click open/close the groupings.
