E-mail to all contacts in a category
I have set up several categories within Contacts. How do I send an e-mail to all contacts in a catergory without having to set up a separate distribution list? I really don't want to have to continually update the distribution list when I add/delete/change someone in the category list.

I had the same question as Anne. I followed your instructions, but when I click on the "Actions" menu, almost all of the Actions are greyed out (i.e. inactive), including the "New Message to Contact" action. Now what? Now that you've finally provided accurate information, I'd suggest a new

Sorry. I'm a relative newcomer to Outlook. Didn't realize that "plain" outlook and BCM were so different. So this leads to 2 questions:
1. Are you saying that clicking on the Category to send a mass mailing is not a feature of BCM? 2. Why are you so negative about BCM? No. I would fully expect BCM to have the ability to send to a Category just
like Outlook does. I'm just saying that I've never used it and so have no way to troubleshoot its problems. I have never seen the problem you are describing when using the Outlook Contacts Folder.
