Phantom Contacts
When I click on "to," to address an email, I find some contacts in the list
that are not in my contacts folder. Where are they coming from and how do I get rid of them? They are mostly incorrect addresses and duplicates and it's confusing trying to remember which address is current and which one to use! Can anyone help please?? Thanks. |

Phantom Contacts
They are addresses used in the past, coming from a cache that Outlook maintains. Use the up/down arrow keys to select any address that is outdated or incorrect, then press Delete to remove it from the cache.
