Email file names within outlook.
Hi there,
Im currently doing a HD recovery due to a complete failure. The goal is to get back 2 years of emails that were in outlook express. Does anyone know the file names that outlook saves the emails as when WITHIN the program. I have recoved some .DBX files but they seem to be only the backed up ones from further back in time. So, when emails are within outlook (not backed up) what file names to do these go by? Cheers . |

They all are dbx files. ToolsOptionsMaintenanceStore Folder shows
the location. Recovery Tools DBXtract: {Cost: $5.00} http://www.oehelp.com/DBXtract/Default.aspx DBXpress: {$24.95, but much faster for large files} http://www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/Default.aspx Bruce Hagen MS MVP - (IE/OE) ~IB-CA~ "Van" wrote in message ...
