Default How do I open Visio Home files?

Visio Home is an old version of Visio. When Microsoft took over management
of the Visio product subsequent version worked fine with these files. Now, I
can not open and edit these files and can not afford to loose this data. How
can I open to edit or convert these files? Can I get a copy of Visio Home
since my copy is lost?

You should be able to open them with Visio 2003 and save them as Visio 2003
format. Depending on which version, Visio Home is Visio 2 or Visio 3.

You also should be able to install VisioHome under Windows XP and make it
work. (For historical research purposes, I have Visio 1 and Visio 2 running
under XP)

Guess, you are able to call on the Microsoft helpdesk
directly.
Or alternatively, copy to a CD Rom and rename the file.
Hope it helps.
