Default Can not access Email Accounts

My eamil in outlooks does not send or recieve. When I go to tools; Email
Accounts; I get the following error message " The operation failed due to a
registry or intallation problem. Restart outlook and try again. If the
problem persits please reinstall outlook." I have done both but still get the
message. Any answers?

I had a similar problem and it was fixed when I updated microsoft office with
SP@ for Office. Go to the windows update site and update office with the
latets downloads. After they load everything in outlook seems to work ok
again.
