Default Communication problem Outlook 2K3 <-> ExchangeServer2K

Hi !

It WAS good, but I've changed my way to connect to Internet
and now it is wrong :-(
Later my Outlook 2K3 was working good (with "Microsoft
Exchange Server" service), but after change
I've problem to connect to Exchange server:
I'm still in off-line mode and I can't send/receive mail.

I can PING my exchange server (netbios and DNS names),
POP3/IMAP/SMTP protocols are working good too.
I think that my ISP has blocked ports 135-139 and I've
problem with RPC connection.
Is it possible to change ports (at server or client side)
to establish connection ?

BTW:
On my old Outlook2K configuration I can send/receive mail
after a long while of waiting.

I've checked netstat -n and Outlook 2K at first calls:
TCP workstation:3063 ExchServer:135
and after a while with no answer jumps to port 445:
TCP workstation:3053 ExchServer:445
and then new mails receives to Inbox.

On Outlook 2K3 only sesion to port 135 is started,
but not establish :-(

Best Regards

I would recommend VPN or OWA, after Blaster quite a lot of ISP started
blocking those ports!
