Default *HELP* Winmail.dat Attachemnts to AOL Members

Hello--

We use MS Office 2003 and Exchange Server 2003, and any email recipient we
send a Word .doc attachment to get the winmail.dat attachment.

I have gone to Symantec and MS KB article ID 278061 and it is still
happening. I tried to go to AOL, but not being a member, they were no help.

Normally I would put the responsibility on the AOL recipients to figure out
what the problem is, but they are BODs and the sender is our EVP.

If anyone knows what to do, that would be great. Again, switching Outlook to
plain text did not help.

Many thanks,

Stephen

Yes, the client was in HTML and we switched her to plain text and it is still
happening. I haven't tried the above yet because the client isn't here until
Wednesday.

Thanks tho.
