Default (Columns and rows ) headings format

I have seen sheets with strikethrough labelling heads
title.
How to revert to the normal presentation

FormatStyleNormalModify.

Under the Fonts tab, uncheck "strikethrough".

Note: this is a workbook setting and will have to be changed for all
previously saved workbooks is this Style was used.
