Reinstall Office

I am having a problem reinstalling Office 2003. After going through
validating process the install suddenly stops. Checking on the txt file that
is my temp folder I read that it was unable to cache files of previously
installation. I have had problems with windows installer so i used the
windows installer fix, deleted Office 2003 reference, but now i can't remove
office from my system or reinstall it. Can anyone help?

Just another point.
When I try to reinstall Office all goes well until "Validating install."
This stops in the middle and backs out with the message:

"CARemoveOffice9LanguageResourceKeyRB"
