Visio graphics disappears on loading
I have a number of Visio files which lose their graphics once loaded. The
image can be seen in the preview screen and the file size indicates there is content but it disappears once loaded. I am using Visio 2000 on an NT (Build 6) desktop. Any ideas what the problem may be? Peter |

Hello Peter,
In order for me to accurately troubleshoot this problem, I will need some additional information: 1. If you open these Visio file on a different system, do they open? If they open, you may need to update your video driver. 2. What type of graphics image are being used? How were they attached to the visio file? 3. Is this happening only with old files or new files also. 4. What is the build and version of Visio 2000. You may find this from the help menu - about microsoft visio optio. Meanwhile, did you happen to re-register Visio with the command visio /r Update your Visio program with SP2 - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];830243. Hope this helps. regards Damodar Gupta [MSFT], Microsoft Visio Support Professional, This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. |
