How to format the Full Name Field?
I must reformat the "Full Name" field in Contacts to first name last
name, but I cannot locate any instructions in the Help Screens. I don't recall performing any format instructions during setup. Does anyone know how to format the "Full Name" field to be first name last name so may business cards, etc. are displayed correctly? -- Stymied001 ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. How to format the Full Name Field?
tools, options, contact options... set the full name order using the top
option. I don't think you can change it for existing contacts, only new ones, except using VBA. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "Stymied001" wrote in message ...
