Default Excel hangs after using "Send to mail recipient (as attachment) "

Hi!
I have the following issue:
When an user send a file with the "Send to mail recipient (as attachment) "
excel freezes and the only option to kill excel is using task manager.
Already tried to repair and repair office but still the same problem

System information:

Windows XP SP3, Office 2003 SP3 incl. comp. pack sp1

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Rob
