Do you have multiple contact containing folders?

It's not really clear from your post title but I am guessing you mean you
want to get all the e-mail addresses from your messages and put them in your Contacts folder. In that case, see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm#data for a whole bunch of 3rd party add-ins that might help. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "ryanru" wrote: as title states i would like to get all the email addresses i currently have, and the contacts says about 7 listed. however i should have several hundred. do you mean in the dropdown that shows names when you type an address in the
to field? That's the NK2 - it holds up to 1000 addresses - to access it you need to use ingressor - www.ingressor.com. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Author, Google and Other Search Engines (Visual QuickStart Guide) Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Join OneNote Tips mailing list: http://www.onenote-tips.net/ "ryanru" wrote in message ... as title states i would like to get all the email addresses i currently have, and the contacts says about 7 listed. however i should have several hundred.
