Default How to get Contacts saved in a folder as *.msg files back in conta

I had a lot of contacts(with profile pictures) that I not used for a long
time, so I opened a "new mail" insert item contacts as attachment. Then
I took all the attachments in the mail and saved in a folder. In the folder
they appear as a outlook item. Now I want to restore these contacts. How do
I import ithem again? I can see the file extention is *.msg

Double click the *.msg file to open it, then click File/Copy to Folder.

Additional question. Is there an easier way to take some contacts out of the
contacts archive and store them in a folder than using the new insert
item contacts as attachment. Then take all the attachments in the mail
and save in a folder.

Create a new Contacts folder, move all the old contacts into it and export
as either a csv file or a .xls file...
