Default Does not switch from VBE to Access Main Window

In Access 2002 (SP2) with WinXP, has anyone noticed a
strange behavior where if you open a Form in design mode
and select a control on your form (ie: a combo box) and
then select the Properties (F4) of that control, then go
to add an Event for that control (ie: After Update), and
once you are in the VBE and you want to switch back to the
main Access window, Access will not switch over? When I
open my Access DB, I get the Access icon in my Taskbar.
Then, when I am in the VBE, I get another icon in my
Taskbar, which is exactly what I want - in my Access
Options (Tools/Options) in the "Show" section on
the "View" Tab, I have the "Windows in Taskbar" unchecked
because I only want to have 2 possible icons in my
Taskbar; VBE and the Main Access Window.

This is where the strange behavior occurs. When I am in
my VBE adding the code for my control event and I want to
switch back to my Main Access window by clicking on the
other icon (not VBE) in the Taskbar, my Properties (F4)
window keeps popping up rather than switching me back to
my Form. However, if I close the Properties (F4) window,
Access will switch me to my Form just fine - it appears
like the Properties window has taken over.

This is more of a nuisance than anything, and I was
wondering if anyone has experienced this before.

Up to Access 97, the programming interface was actually part of Access.

In Access 2000, that was pulled out, and the VB interface was loosely
cobbled together with Access. The integration is far from seamless, and yes,
it does show badly.
