Default Printing to mailmerge not working

I am using Word for XP Professional. I am trying to use mail merge from an
excel workbook (Excel for XP Professional) to print our clients' names and
addresses on our newsletters. So far all I can do is import my excel workbook
into mailmerge. It stops with an error everytime I go to print to mailmerge
and finish (I do this through the wizard). What am I doing wrong?

What is the exact wording of the error message?
In the meantime see http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm
(which has general merge information that may help).
