Default transferring between computers

I run Outlook Express 6 on my old computer and my new one. I'm trying to get
my old (inbox) e-mail transferred from my old computer to my new one.
The problem is I don't know where to look for it. I exported the mail from
my old one but I don't know where the export file is (or what the name is).
I have the computers connected. Please help me locate the file.
Thanks

I don't know how different Outlook 6 is from Outlook 2003, but from Outlook
2003 I can go to File/Data File Management. That screen shows where the .pst
files are located that stores most email info. Do this from your old program
to locate the files, then open your new program to point them to the same
place. I hope this helps.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Office Outlook, not Outlook Express; the two
are distinctly different programs. There are Microsoft newsgroups for OE
and you'll find much better OE expertise in them. Having said that, see if
these help:

Backing Up, Recovering and Restoring OE5/6 Files and Settings

OLEXP: How to Back Up and Recover Outlook Express Data

How do I import OE5 and OE6 mail folders?
