Default Exporting to XMI

I generated a Static Class diagram in Visio 2003 and my problem based on the
based on the Arc Info UML Model and want to export it as XMI so that I can create a geo database based on it.

Somebody told me to go to tools, visio extra and then ESRI XNI Export
but I cant find it.
