Gmail-like Conversations
I was wondering if it is possible to setup outlook to have an inbox
with Gmail like interface. Most importanlty I am looking for having my emails grouped as conversations (including the ones I sent). Currently I group by conversation but Outlook still has some differences compared to Gmail. Thanks for the help.

No, not unless you move all sent items to the inbox. If you need to see the

Gmail-like Conversations
actually, it's possible (outlook 2007). just do the following:
- make sure your sent messages are in Sent Items folder (or remember to choose the correct folder below for teh sent messages) - create a search folder - keep criteria empty/unchanged: this will select all files - select in "Mails from this folders will be included...." Inbox and Sent Items folder - OK - open the search folder you just created - Select View--Arrange by..--Conversation That should do it.
