Robin -
The only workaround would involve exporting the report's recordsource by clicking a command button on a form; or by having the report's Close event do the export via VBA code (would be exported when you close the report). There does not appear to be a way to make these fields export from the preview mode. -- Ken Snell MS ACCESS MVP "Ken Snell [MVP]" wrote in message ... Robin - I've confirmed in a test what you're seeing, assuming that you're using File | Export while in the report's Preview mode... am checking now to see if there's any workaround other than just exporting the report's RecordSource query (which does work). -- Ken Snell MS ACCESS MVP "Robin Chapple" wrote in message ... No the field is ignored. I get the previous field and the subsequent field only. Such fields will export with value of 0 (if the field has a No value in it) or -1 (if the field has a Yes value in it). Are you not seeing this result? |

Frank, Do you export from a report? When I attempt to export a report, including a Yes/No field in XLS format the Yes/No field is ignored. It does not feature in the report at all. Is it possible to inlude a Yes/No field in an XLS export? Thanks, Robin Chapple . |
