Contact Internet Format
I had some problems with one of my contacts not getting my attachments.
Digging into the problem I found it was becasue the contact was set to use RTF (Rich Text Formating) and switching that contact to "Let Outlook decide best output format" fixed the problem. Most help on this suggests using this option. However my contact list seems to be a mix of "Let Outlook decide best output format" or "RTF". Is there a way I can easily change all my contacts or am I forced to change them one by one? |

Additionally to Russ, Outlook itself can't do it, but it's possible with VBA. Here's the code: http://www.vboffice.net/sample.html?...2&cmd=showitem For running the example you also need to install the Redemption from www.dimastr.com, which is free for your personal use. -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook : Outlook Categories?
