Default Show previous entered record in a form

Hello
I have a relational db (one to many), I have a form where the user enter the
date of the visit [StartDt], (this is entered monthly, most of the services
is a recurrent event). What I would like to accomplish is: for the next month
visit, it would bring the previous date entered to the new record (new month)

Month StartDt
JAN = 01/01/2009
FEB = (01/01/2009)

I hope is this clear enough,

Thanks, Pedro
