Writing data to table from listbox/text box
Access 2003 is what I'm using.
I have a list box with 3 columns (MLS, Street Number, Street Name) on my form. Right now, only the bound column (Street Name) is being written to the table. I have a text box on the form that is being updated upon selection with the right Street Number, but when I write the record (by either closing the form or going to a new record), the Street Number isn't being updated in the table. Everything else is though. Any suggestions as to what step I've forgotten would be great! |

Writing data to table from listbox/text box
If you put 2 bound and hidden textboxes on your form (one for mls and one
for st no), when user selects an item from the listbox, you can use the after update event of the listbox to put the values for mls and st no. in the respective textboxes. When you save the record, the other 2 values will automatically go into the table. Jeanette Cunningham MS Access MVP -- Melbourne Victoria Australia "Amanda" wrote in message ...
