Apparently your Service Packs aren't up to date. Or maybe you're
still using an older version of Windows.

Uh, shouldn't you have taken that into account in your original
posting?

I did, which is why my answer suggested using the "Unblock" button. Windows
Attachment manager was installed with SP2, and he never would have even had
the issue beforehand. SP2 was released almost 3 years ago. To use the latest
versions of SQL-Server or Office one would have had to install it. Unless
you also used Outlook Express, you might have been unaware of the Attachment
Manager. No biggie, but it is a good idea to get the security of SP2 on your
machines.

I use Windows 2000, so I don't have it and never will.

Why do you assume that everyone is using exactly the same OS that
you are?

I like Win2K and think it is the best OS I've ever used. MS made XP more
secure, and Vista even moreso. I have 17 machines including 3 PDAs and 5
laptops. I have every OS from Win 3.1 on ( I have the disks, but discarded
Win Me) and I use what my clients use.

I don't assume that everyone uses the same OS, but that error only started
showing itself in Win XP-SP2, so it was easy to figure out.
